Site Manager - £12m Industrial New Build (Essex)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Package

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £12m industrial new build project in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the industrial and logistics sector.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive programme and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all on-site activities from groundworks through to completion

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively

* Ensure health & safety compliance at all times

* Monitor programme and report progress against key milestones

* Maintain high standards of quality control

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial / warehouse projects

* Essential: Strong background in steel frame construction

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades
