Are you experienced in machine operation and have a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer to join a growing, family-run textile business in Poole.
This is a hands-on role working with textile machinery — ideal for someone with a background or interest in sewing, textiles, or production. You'll be part of a small, friendly team in a supportive environment that values skill and reliability.
Key Responsibilities for the Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer:
Load and unload textile heat sealing machines
Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
Perform quality checks and measure products to ensure accuracy
Work from drawings and follow detailed instructions
Pack finished products efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and safe working environmentWhat We're Looking For in the Afternoon Shift Heat Sealer:
Prior experience in a production or machine-operating role (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work at speed without compromising quality
Confident using computers (PC literate)
