Caritas Futures is supporting well known VAWG charity for a Access & Assessment Team Leader (Team Leader - Domestic Violence) role in Leeds

We are looking for Team leader who will be supporting, leading and managing the team to provide a high quality and proactive service to victim-survivors and professionals from other organisations.

Experience:

Team Lead experience with victims affected by domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental
Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
Experience of leading and managing team
health, homelessness, or ex-offenders.
Working with high-risk clients
Risk and needs assessment.
Multi agency workDue to the nature of the work the following are essential:

DBS on update service or one will be conducted on your behalf.
Car and a driving license
Gender specific - Female candidates only
