Hours: Monday - Sunday, 12pm - 8:00pm (rota basis incl. weekends)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for registered Healthcare Professionals to join a growing Medical Customer Care team, supporting patients using prescribed weight loss medication.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from traditional clinical settings and apply your expertise in a modern, digital healthcare environment. You will provide support, reassurance, and clinical guidance via live chat and inbound calls, ensuring a high standard of patient care at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide clinically accurate support to patients regarding weight loss treatments

* Handle inbound enquiries via live chat and phone in a professional and empathetic manner

* Assess patient symptoms and determine appropriate advice or escalation

* Follow clinical protocols, guidelines, and internal procedures

* Accurately document all patient interactions in line with GDPR and confidentiality standards

Requirements

* Must hold a valid UK registration with NMC, HCPC or GPhC

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to explain clinical information clearly and confidently

* Comfortable using digital systems and working remotely

* Able to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

* Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
