Working Foreman / Electrician — Commercial & New-Build Projects (London, M25)

Location: Plumstead and various sites across London (within the M25, predominantly Central London)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Paid 9 hours per day)
Job Type: Full time, Ongoing
Salary: Competitive (paid per 9?hour day)

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Electrician to lead electrical works on a mix of commercial and new-build domestic projects across London. This is a hands-on role perfect for a reliable, skilled individual who is confident taking charge on site and ensuring high-quality electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

* Leading small teams and overseeing day-to-day operations on site

* Carrying out electrical 1st and 2nd fix installations

* Installing containment systems including conduit, trunking, tray work and related infrastructure

* Ensuring all work meets current regulations and site standards

* Liaising effectively with site managers, contractors, and other trades

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Requirements

* Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / JIB Gold Card preferred)

* Proven experience on commercial and/or new build domestic sites

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to run sites independently

* Competent in all aspects of electrical containment installation

* Full PPE and own tools

* Reliable, punctual, and able to travel to various sites across London
