The Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy financial planning practice. You will manage people, systems, compliance, and operations, allowing advisers to focus on delivering excellent client service.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff onboarding, contracts, absence, and appraisals
  • Oversee back-office systems, IT, and data security
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain internal policies
  • Support business planning, reporting, and project delivery
  • Identify risks and implement process improvements
  • Maintain clear communication across all teams
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Senior operations or practice management experience
  • Financial services background
  • Strong HR, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with back-office systems

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks
  • Experience in process improvement or business growth
