We're currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a friendly, supportive, and fast‑paced finance team based at Swanwick Marina. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance while contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase invoices and ensuring correct approval procedures are followed
Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
Completing payment runs and handling ad hoc supplier payments
Supporting both month‑end and year‑end processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Responding to internal and external finance‑related queries
Providing general administrative support to the finance teamI'm looking for candidates who are confident working with numbers and comfortable using basic Excel, with strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills. You should be an effective communicator with a collaborative approach, able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Previous finance experience or familiarity with finance systems is an advantage, though not essential as full training will be provided.
