We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a well-established local distribution company in Witney

About the role:

As an Office Administrator your responsibilities will include:

* Producing relevant paperwork for the efficient running of the warehouse operation, checking, filing of information, and communicating with the customer via telephone or email.

* Recognise individual customer needs and requirements.

* Process all stock movements on behalf of our third-party customers in a timely and professional manner.

* Ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and customers either by telephone or email effectively on a daily basis.

* Dealing with any queries or questions from customer as required. Directing calls to the relevant person, department when outside of your remit

About You:

* Previous experience of working with clients / customers directly.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office and excellent numeracy skills.

* Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, prioritise, and manage based on the customer and business requirements

You will thrive in a diverse role and be confident juggling a varied and challenging workload.
