Job Description

Job Summary: The Vivos Sales Leader is a customer focused individual who will drive sales of merchandise, equipment, technology, and Vivos services to General Dentists and Orthodontists. This person will solicit new business through personal efforts and referrals; maximize the customer experience; enhance selling skills in product and services focus areas; develop healthy/productive working relationships with customers, vendors and Vivos Team Members. This individual will proactively support and train current and new customers through partner development and sales strategy execution to continually assess client needs and ensure that Vivos continues to be the preferred option of helping people world-wide.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined geography of accounts (Orthodontists and General Dentists) to grow the business
  • Onboard new accounts
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth through Vivos Continuing Education, products and services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of accounts, including staff, assistants and doctor by demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust. Understand account capabilities to identify gaps and provide training, technical resources, and support to ensure they are well-equipped to treat patients with appropriate Align solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Support accounts in implementing new processes and technology to capitalize on market opportunities to grow their business through the Vivos Integrated Practice program and services
  • Educate, enhance, sell and the Vivos Integrated Practice services for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities
  • Support the Continuing Education program through planning and logistics of live and online events
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must be willing to travel 3-4 times per month, often on weekends

· Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications

· Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis is helpful but not required at time of hire

· Communication and Leadership Skills

Education, Qualifications and Experience

· High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of experience in a high-level sales capacity

· Computer skills Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
