About the Role

Travis Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced environment where you'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance operations and supporting day-to-day business efficiency.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, problem-solving role and enjoys working across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Planning and scheduling maintenance activities and resources

* Responding to customer enquiries and coordinating repair works

* Managing and maintaining accurate service and job records

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, including RAMS

* Processing sales orders and ensuring correct documentation

* Raising and managing purchase orders

* Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

* Planning labour requirements effectively

* Producing quotations and cost estimates

* Supporting communication across departments

About You

* Strong planning and organisational skills

* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving processes

* Confident using computer systems and standard office software

* Experience within a service, maintenance, or manufacturing environment (preferred)

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

* Comfortable working across different areas of a site when required
