Job Title: Support Worker (Mental Health) - Ages 11 to 25

Pay: £12.21 - £12.50 per hour

About the Role:

LeviCare is looking for experienced Support Workers to work with children and young adults aged 11 to 25 who require mental health support. You'll be helping individuals with emotional, behavioural, or mental health needs live independently and achieve personal goals.

Main Duties:

* Provide day-to-day support in line with individual care plans

* Help service users build life skills and confidence

* Support emotional wellbeing through meaningful conversations and activities

* Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health

* Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider support team

* Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year experience in a mental health setting

* Experience working with young people (ages 11-25) preferred

* Valid CPI/SIFL/PMVA training (or willingness to complete)

* Good communication and documentation skills

* Passionate about delivering person-centred care
