Description

• Develop detailed architectural designs and plans for property construction projects
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure architectural designs are properly implemented
• Utilise Revit software to create technical drawings and 3D models
• Participate in site inspections and project meetings
• Collaborate with the team to solve design and construction challenges
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and industry standards
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and contracts
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and procedures

Profile

A successful Architect Technician should have:

• A degree in Architecture, or similar field
• Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and modelling
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and property industry standards
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges
• Commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural design
