This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed, well organised individual able to deal with a variety of tasks including front of house duties, administration, sales and marketing. - Based on reception - provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact to all visitors and suppliers
- Deal efficiently and cheerfully with occupier requests, potential enquiries and a variety of visitors
- Answer the telephones, dealing with incoming enquiries and re-direct where appropriate
- Organisation and allocation of meeting rooms via the internal computerised system and set up for the client as required
- Postal duties to include assistance with franking machine, sorting post and dealing with deliveries
- Customer invoice queries
- Health & Safety management
- Flexibility to deal with ad-hoc duties
- Previous reception and administrative experience
- Computer literacy with working Knowledge of email, MS Word and Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Customer Services
- Team player - able to cheerfully and effectively work within a small team
