Are you looking for a Project Coordinator role for an Executive Search firm, the shared office space is within North London however the role is fully remote.
My client is seeking an, personable, organised, and adaptable Project Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the team and demonstrating outstanding attention to detail.
What you will do:
As the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to, keeping the system up to date with candidate and client information, management of multiple contractors, supporting with timesheet queries and preparation of documents required for meetings. Additionally, the duties for this role will cover formatting CVs, diary management, travel booking, creating reports and general administrative support.
What you will need:
The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to be calm under pressure and great at multi-tasking.
