Job Description: As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in management accounts, financial analysis, and team leadership. You will play a crucial role in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations.
  • Prepare and present management accounts and financial reports.
  • Conduct detailed financial and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members.

  • Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in leading a finance department.
  • Strong technical skills in management accounts and financial analysis.
  • Excellent skills in financial and data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience in risk management and people management.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
