The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing our customers with information in response to inquiries about our products and services and will handle and resolve complaints.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
Relay product information to customers
Assist customers with their orders
Check status of orders and relay information to customers
Keep abreast of all new product information
Customer assistance & acquisitions
Working within a team
Maintain client relationships
Be prepared to travel for conferences twice a year
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Advanced reading and writing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accountability needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a professional and pleasant demeanor required
Great attendance is crucial
