HIRING: Junior Property ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join a well established independent estate agency. Working closely with senior property managers and the Managing Director, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio while developing your expertise within the lettings industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing lettings administration, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-ins
• Coordinating inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and deposit returns/disputes
• Overseeing rent management, including reconciliations, statements, and arrears control
• Handling maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors, tenants, and managing agents
• Organising statutory compliance (Gas Safety, Electrical Certificates, EPCs)
• Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries efficiently
• Arranging tenancy renewals and negotiating updated terms
• Conducting property inspections
• Supporting overseas landlords and assisting with new property onboarding
• General office administration, including enquiries and key management

About You:

• Previous experience in property/lettings (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and client service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload with initiative
• Full UK driving licence required
