Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Are you an organised and driven individual with a passion for processes and people? Our client, a thriving family-run business, is looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a key role that supports day-to-day sales operations and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing order processing from start to finish
Handling day-to-day sales administration tasks
Updating internal systems and Excel trackers
Preparing and sending invoices
Providing exceptional customer service - sharing updates and answering queries
Ordering and tracking parts & stock
Creating monthly/quarterly KPI reports using PowerPoint
Assisting with contract pricing proposals
Coordinating with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely shipmentsWhat We're Looking For:
