Receptionist / Office Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata

Global Investment Management firm is looking to hire a smart and professional Receptionist / Office Coordinator.  This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract which will then convert to a permanent position.

Headquartered in New York, the business has offices all over Europe. You will be required to manage the front of house / reception area and also support the wider London office with ad hoc administrative support. Working in conjunction with the office manager, you will enjoy providing an exceptional level of service in a fast paced and demanding environment – this is very much a hybrid role and as such, the ideal candidate must be happy to multi task and take responsibility for a wide range of duties:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Managing meeting rooms and organising refreshments
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Diary management
  • Dealing with suppliers and couriers
  • Binding, photocopying and scanning
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Expense management
  • Booking travel
  • Event coordination
  • Ad hoc tasks and errands
