Our client, Manchester council is seeking a Adult's Senior Social Worker to join their MASH Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• You’ll work with adults who have complex needs, making important decisions with support from your team.
• You’ll lead safeguarding work, making sure concerns are properly assessed and followed up, and that everything is clearly and accurately recorded.
• You’ll use laws like the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act to make sure people get the right support. You’ll write clear reports and documents that meet local and national standards.
• You’ll work closely with other organisations to help adults and their families get the best outcomes, and you’ll represent the Council in meetings and reviews.
• You’ll keep records that are honest, up to date, and based on evidence.
• You’ll help the team grow by supporting staff and students, and by helping to improve how the service works.
• You’ll keep learning and developing your own skills, and you’ll make sure everyone is treated fairly and equally.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
