The role of Registered Care Manager includes:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Holding the CQC/CIW registration and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Recruiting and growing the carer team, guiding them through the recruitment process.
Seeking new business opportunities to support branch growth.
Regularly reviewing branch operations to meet customer needs.
Implementing policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
Supporting staff and carers with training and development.

The ideal Registered Care Manager will have:

A level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to achieve it.
Knowledge of CQC/CIW regulatory requirements and best practices.
Experience in the care sector at a management level.
