We're hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for a high-growth fintech that's just become part of a global HR & payroll group. You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients shaping success plans, building relationships, and driving real impact. What You'll Do:
- Own and grow relationships with key B2B accounts (UK + Spain)
- Lead strategic reviews, success plans, and product engagement
- Mentor junior team members and help shape CS processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, marketing & product
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience in B2B CS (SaaS, fintech or tech)
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strategic, data-driven, and hands-on
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow with a scaling business
