The Role

We're on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership and success of our flagship outlet at the iconic O2 London. This is more than a retail role - it's a chance to be part of a purpose-driven business that places equal value on people, planet, and product.

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver an exceptional store experience while helping to drive commercial results. You'll be a hands-on leader, with a natural ability to connect with customers and coach your team to success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day store operations and uphold high standards of operational excellence

Motivate, mentor and develop a small, passionate team

Deliver an exceptional and elevated customer experience

Drive sales performance and contribute to commercial decision-making

Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's values and sustainable ethos

Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and share feedback with senior leadership

Support in achieving KPIs, stock management, and visual merchandising excellence

About You

Previous experience in an Assistant Manager or senior supervisor role within premium or high-street fashion retail

Passionate about sustainability, ethical fashion and conscious consumerism

Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team with confidence

Strong communication skills and comfort working with founder-led or entrepreneurial brands

Experience in outlet retail is a plus, but not essential

A natural leader who thrives in a hands-on, customer-centric environment
