Accounts Payable- Crawley

Salary up to £21k dependant on experience

6-month contract

I am currently partnering with an excellent business based in Crawley who are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months. This role offers the successful candidate a great opportunity to work with an established, friendly team and develop their skills.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk your Key Duties will include:

  • Matching invoices to PO's and dealing with any queries
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Expenses
  • Adhoc reporting and accounting duties

Key requirements:

  • Some experience working in finance is essential and preferably in an accounts payable
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with multiple business functions
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
