Our Conference and Events team help the magic happen, whether it be a dream wedding, exclusive event or a team meeting, our F&B Assistants within this area ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of everything food and drink related. If you like large scale events and a job where no two days are the same this team is for you.

With 9 conference rooms, our conference hub area is generally always full with new and existing clients.

We work at exceptional pace and on some occasions need to be reactive to our guests changing needs, this is where we become adaptable and resourceful and exceed guest expectations.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• To undertake mis en place duties and to check they have all been carried out to the required standard.
• To ensure all crockery, cutlery and glassware are clean and laid correctly to the required standard.
• To vacuum, dust and generally clean the work areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• To keep tables, service areas, back of house areas clean and tidy throughout service.
• To understand the menu which is to be served.
• To take drinks and wine orders if needed and serve appropriately.
• To prepare and breakdown buffet/function tables as appropriate.
• Always be polite and professional to maintain a good image of the Hotel
• To have a welcome and cheerful attitude at all times together with a friendly smile
• Service customers in your designated area ensuring a high standard
