Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Up to £50K + Benefits | East anglia

Join a dynamic engineering team where innovation meets hands-on manufacturing. We're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for precision, from concept through to production, using industry-leading SolidWorks 3D CAD tools.

What you'll do:

Design and develop cutting-edge solutions using SolidWorks

Collaborate closely with hydraulic, electrical, and manufacturing teams

Work with stainless steel and sheet metal components

Contribute to hydraulic lift designs and perform FEA analysis

Produce high-quality DFM welding drawings

Be hands-on in a fast-paced environment that manufactures onsite

What we're looking for:

Mechanical Engineering qualification (Degree preferred)

Experience in marine, aerospace, or automotive sectors

Proficiency in CNC processes and geometric tolerances

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
