Job Title: Class 1 Container Driver (HGV Driver)

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established transport and logistics company in Manchester who are looking for experienced Class 1 Container Drivers to join their team. This is a great opportunity for drivers with container experience seeking consistent, ongoing work.

• Transporting containers to and from ports and customer sites

• Working with shipping containers (20ft / 40ft)

• Ensuring safe and timely deliveries

• Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects

• Handling relevant paperwork and adhering to all compliance regulations

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

• Previous container experience preferred

• Valid port cards (e.g. Dock/Port Card) desirable but not essential

• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations

• Reliable and professional attitude
