The Role:
Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
Dealing with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of files
Contributing to the firm's excellent local reputation through quality client care
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in handling residential property transactions independently
Strong client-facing skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Comfortable working as part of a close-knit, collaborative team
