Finance Manager

Location: St Neots

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, free onsite parking, annual Christmas meal and company reward scheme

Duration: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What your duties will include:

* Leading day to day finance operations - reporting, budgeting, and cash flow

* Owning month end - P&L, balance sheet, and management accounts

* Handling reconciliations, journals, and intercompany transactions

* Supporting global payroll, including commission calculations

* Partnering across departments to drive insights and performance

* Ensuring audit readiness and financial compliance

What we are looking for:

* Qualified or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

* Strong track record in financial management (5+ years), with leadership experience

* Confident with Excel and ERP systems (Syspro, Power Query = bonus!)

* Excellent communicator with strong commercial awareness
