We are seeking a Management Accountant to join an exciting small accountancy practice firm. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working within a team, and is looking for a part-time opportunity. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing accurate financial information and analysis, which will support strategic decision-making across the firm.

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements, including accruals and prepayments.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Handle bookkeeping responsibilities, including preparing accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues.

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Xero would be desirable.
