Job Title: Groundworker

Location: Burnham on Sea, Somerset
Pay Rate: £18-£21 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description

O'Neill and Brennan are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundworkers to support general groundwork's,in the finishing stage of the project

Key Responsibilities

Undertake general groundworks duties, including:

Assisting with kerbing, paving, and slab laying

Help prepare and maintain site areas, keeping them tidy and compliant with safety standards

Support plant operators and skilled trades on site

Follow risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and health & safety guidelines

Use basic tools and equipment in a safe and competent manner

Requirements

Previous groundworks experience preferred

CSCS card or equivalent (labourer/groundworker)

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Good understanding of site health & safety
