* Cover performance management, oversee absence, H&S and grievances.

* Manage the engineering and maintenance budgets

* hold academic qualifications to support the role (mechanical, electrical, control skills), MEWP/FLT/IPAF, Six Sigma/5S/Kasien and IOSH/NEBOSH
