Residential Site Manager Finishing Focus

Clearfield Recruitment are partnering with a well-established residential developer to recruit a Residential Site Manager with a specialist focus on finishing and final delivery. This role is ideal for a detail-driven manager committed to delivering high-quality homes ready for customer handover.

You'll be overseeing the finishing stages across a multi-plot residential development in Norfolk, ensuring all plots are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and driving the finishing programme across multiple plots

Coordinating finishing trades (carpenters, decorators, snagging teams, cleaners, etc.)

Managing snagging, de-snagging, and quality control processes

Ensuring homes meet NHBC, building regs, and developer standards

Overseeing inspections and customer handovers

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Ensuring H&S compliance on all finishing operations

Reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding

Strong background in finishing, snagging, and plot delivery

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS (or equivalent)

Clear communication and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining finish quality

Package:

Salary up to £65,000 (DOE)
