We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Engineer to join the growing Magnetics business for a well renowned global company. You’ll play a pivotal role in the business development activities of magnetic products, guiding them from technical design to commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive growth across the UK

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager to recommend tailored magnetic solutions based on customer needs.

Present proposals with technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules to secure new business.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Provide ongoing support to customers from design through to production and beyond.

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of magnetic materials and their applications across industries.

Knowledge of magnetic component design.

Proven experience in strategic business development and project management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Self-motivated with a passion for finding resolutions to technical challenges.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to travel within the UK region on a weekly basis.
