Venn Group’s legal team are working with a London based Local Authority to recruit a Locum Legal Practice Manager to join their highly skilled Lexcel accredited team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Legal Practice Manager with local government experience. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of the council’s management team and to have a positive influence on the overall efficiently and service delivery of the team.

Duties shall include:

1. General running of the practice and to demonstrate understanding of the technical, IT and Case Management systems used, ensuring that standards and compliance requirements are met
2. Management of budget and recruitment
3. Monitoring income under Service Level Agreements and managing a small practice management team
4. To project manage and have the flexibility and drive to enable innovation
