Recruitment and Talent Partner Location: Braintree Salary: Competitive Salary plus benefits Job type: Permanent Our client has an exciting and rare opportunity within their People Team for a Recruitment and Talent Partner. Responsible for overseeing the internal recruitment function, including office and site-based positions. This includes both direct talent acquisition and the management of their PSL for site based positions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure proactive and timely delivery of recruitment to meet demands of the group and divisional strategies, delivering a best in class service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities of the Recruitment and Talent Partner:
•Overseeing the full recruitment function.
•Enable the successful delivery of all recruitment including planning and forecasting of recruitment needs.
•Coaching and mentoring the recruitment specialists within the People Team, continually developing skill sets and identifying areas for improvement
•Allocation of vacancies within the team to ensure effective delivery and even distribution of workload.
•Working closely with stakeholders and line managers forecasting and planning accurate recruitment requirements.
•Setting and monitoring recruitment spend for Talent Attraction methods and identifying new methods for talent engagement and acquisition.
•Analysing trends, advertising mediums and platforms, time to hire, costs to hire, retention, CVs to interview etc
•Collating and distributing monthly KPIs and board report information.
•Management of the Partnership Agreement (Agency PSL) reviewing, auditing and working closely with suppliers to ensure quality and cost effectiveness of supply of agency personnel.
•Negotiating costs with suppliers including job boards, agencies, marketing and talent attraction materials.
•Modify and create processes and procedures to continually improve within a fast paced and evolving market.
•You will have your own case load of vacancies that you will oversee from concept to talent acquisition. Requirements of the Recruitment and Talent Partner:
•Strong proven background within Recruitment, both internal and agency is desirable.
•Must hold experience of developing team members with strong coaching skills.
•You will be familiar with working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment.
•Experience of recruiting within the Construction and Technical Engineering sectors is essential, ideally Utilities and Infrastructure.
•Proven ability to work to tight, fast paced deadlines and be able to adapt to evolving and changing priorities.
•You will hold excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
•Experience of actively finding solutions to challenges and finding new ways of delivering within a skills shortage sector.
