A Chester-based energy consultancy is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Energy Assessor to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to apply their skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment focused on sustainability and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting energy assessments for non-domestic and/or domestic buildings
Producing accurate EPCs using industry-standard software
Completing assessments in line with SBEM methodology (for NDEA roles)
Providing expert advice to clients on improving energy efficiency
Maintaining accurate records and submitting completed reports on time
Liaising with clients and ensuring a high level of customer serviceSkills & Qualifications:

Qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA Level 3/4) and/or Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
Strong understanding of SBEM software and methodology (e.g. DesignBuilder, iSBEM)
Experience with EPC software
Retrofit Assessor certification is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence and own transport required
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skillsBenefits:
