The Opportunity

This isn’t just another paraplanning role. It’s a chance to lead, shape, and own the paraplanning function in a firm that values innovation, independence, and integrity. You’ll work directly with their directors and advisers on complex, high-value cases and help elevate their advice standards to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and evolve our paraplanning function
  • Collaborate on complex advice cases (cashflow modelling, IHT, investment bonds, HNW planning)
  • Own replacement business cases and ensure suitability
  • Develop drawdown reviews and ongoing advice frameworks
  • Mentor and upskill the wider team
  • Refine advice templates, workflows, and client communications
  • Use FE Analytics, FE Cashcalc, and other tools to deliver robust, evidence-based recommendations
  • Support operational efficiency alongside the Operations Manager

  • A seasoned paraplanner with strong technical knowledge
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in complex planning and FCA expectations

  • Familiarity with FE tools or similar
