The Opportunity
This isn’t just another paraplanning role. It’s a chance to lead, shape, and own the paraplanning function in a firm that values innovation, independence, and integrity. You’ll work directly with their directors and advisers on complex, high-value cases and help elevate their advice standards to new heights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and evolve our paraplanning function
- Collaborate on complex advice cases (cashflow modelling, IHT, investment bonds, HNW planning)
- Own replacement business cases and ensure suitability
- Develop drawdown reviews and ongoing advice frameworks
- Mentor and upskill the wider team
- Refine advice templates, workflows, and client communications
- Use FE Analytics, FE Cashcalc, and other tools to deliver robust, evidence-based recommendations
- Support operational efficiency alongside the Operations Manager

- A seasoned paraplanner with strong technical knowledge
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Experience in complex planning and FCA expectations
- A natural mentor and team shaper
- Familiarity with FE tools or similar
