We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Hull. This role combines recruitment and business development, offering you the chance to grow your own desk while contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare staffing solutions.

The Role

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placement

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements

Coordinate placements and ensure excellent service delivery

Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies

Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets

Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates and clients

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential

A confident and professional communicator

Strong organisational and time-management skills

A proactive, results-driven attitude

Ability to build lasting relationships and influence decision-makers

Resilience and determination to succeed in a target-driven environment

A full UK driving licence is advantageous
