£28,000 - £35,000 p/a 37.5 Hours – Days Great Benefits Experience Essential An experienced Theatre Practitioner/ODP or Adult Nurse/RGN with experience in Ophthalmic Surgery is required to work in the theatres of a leading Oxfordshire hospital. Details of this Ophthalmic Theatre Nurse/Practitioner vacancy and what the hospital has to offer:
• 37.5 hours per week, worked on flexible day shifts
• An excellent annual salary in the region of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

• Support with relocation may be available for the right candidate Duties for this position will include:
• Preparing operating theatres, running theatre lists and undertaking scrub duties
• Planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and assessing the health and wellbeing of patients
• Working as part of the MDT of RGNs, ODPs and Consultant Surgeons to ensure the best possible standards of patient care and safety The ideal candidate for this Ophthalmic Theatre Nurse/Practitioner position will be:
• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or HCPC registered Theatre Practitioner/ODP
• Experienced working in UK operating theatres, with ophthalmic scrub experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised, with good planning and problem-solving skills
