Commercial Vehicle General Manager required for our Automotive dealership Client.
 
Our Client based in Gloucester, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their dealership.

Starting salary up to £60,000 per annum pending experience. 
Performance-related bonuses providing a £70,000+ uncapped annual on-target-earnings.

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities:

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £60000.
