Position Details:
Role: Neighbourhood Care Operative
Location: Bolton
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Driving Required: Yes

What You'll Do:
As a Neighbourhood Care Operative, you'll be the friendly face in our local community, providing essential support and care to residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with gardening and maintaining green spaces
Supporting residents with daily activities and needs
Driving to various locations to deliver services and support
Engaging with the community to build positive relationshipsWhat We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

A valid driving licence (essential)
Proven gardening experience
A compassionate and caring attitude
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
