About the Role
Join Heidelberg Readymix Concrete as an Internal Sales Agent, where you'll drive proactive sales growth within a defined geographical area. You'll develop relationships with new and existing customers, generate new business opportunities, and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality ready-mix concrete products.
What You'll Do:
Process orders accurately and coordinate deliveries.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and provide expert product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales performance.
Collaborate with field sales, logistics, and operations teams.
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Sales-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Confidence in using IT systems in particular CRM and Microsoft Office.
Problem-solving skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of ready-mix concrete products (preferred but not essential).
