We're working with a leading tech firm who are revolutionising the AV and Studio Production industry. With over 5 years of experience, they have been at the forefront of groundbreaking innovation, continuously investing in research and development.

As a Production Manager, you'll play a vital role, providing essential support to our diverse team working on a wide range of productions. Your expertise in lighting, sound, and video hardware, along with your knowledge of virtual production and motion capture systems in a studio setup, will be invaluable.

We're looking for someone with experience in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, as well as a strong understanding of network diagrams, hardware, and software connectivity. Maintaining a clean and tidy studio environment is a point of pride for you, and you're deeply committed to upholding the highest health and safety standards.

In this role, you'll be involved in various aspects of production management, including:

* Collaborating with the Studio and Producers from the initial client brief to the onsite delivery of the shoot. You'll create plans, schedules, manage suppliers, and coordinate logistics, ensuring flawless execution.

* Overseeing virtual production shoots, performance capture sessions, and real-time character streams as the Production Manager for our talented Studio team.

* Taking charge of hardware maintenance within the studio, guaranteeing optimal functionality for seamless operations.

* Providing scheduling support for the Studio team and managing studio hardware to ensure efficient workflow.

* Offering CAD and system schematic support to the Studio team, providing technical guidance and blueprints.

* Taking ownership of health and safety documentation for the studio, prioritizing the well-being of our team.
