Our client is a very successful construction and facilities maintenance company and due to continued business growth Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Office Administrator.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of general administration duties including but not limited to the following;
Answering incoming calls and taking messages if required
Raising Purchase Orders and invoices
Ordering materials, stationary etc etc
Scheduling jobs and allocating work to engineers
General Admin role, printing drawings, laminating documents
Processing incoming and outgoing mail/postCandidates:
You will have excellent office administration skills and applicants with previous construction, maintenance or facilities / trades industry experience would be beneficial but all applicants will be considered.
You will have excellent Microsoft IT skills, confident telephone manner and you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 7.30am -4.30pm
28 days annual leave
