We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join Hill House, our busy 25-bedded care home, dedicated to supporting men with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. If you are passionate about making a difference and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the care home
• Lead and support a team of care staff
• Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
• Develop and implement care plans
• Manage staff schedules and training
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment

What You’ll Need

• At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of learning disabilities and mental health conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of NVQ3 in Health and Social Care
• Must be fully flexible
