Job Description

Seeking a Store Manager to join our team!  As a member of the largest mobile device repair service provider in North America, CPR - Woodstock is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team.  The Store Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and should have a basic understanding of all aspects of the business.  The Store Manager will need to be able to asses team member strengths and delegate tasks accordingly, to build team members and the store.  Identifying areas were there are opportunities for improvement is required, as well.  The Store Manager is also responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a performance based store culture
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of CPR - Woodstock
  • Coordinate all opening and closing procedures
  • Manage employee scheduling and payroll submissions
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints
  • Maintain a clean, high-quality store appearance and work stations
  • Monitor and maintain the store's on-line and social media presence per the guidance and instructions of the store owner
  • Oversee repair processes to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Oversee consistent and accurate tracking of all client transactions 
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints 
  • Proactively engage with the community per the guidance and instruction of the store owner

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and resourceful problem solver
  • 3 - 5 years experience in retail sales, customer service and technology or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills, via phone, in person or in email
  • Ability to lead a team of technical problem solvers
  • Strong leadership qualities
