- Manage our clients expectations
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend solutions to complex IT issues
- Detect, track. and document customer issues and resolutions
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, managed services, or Microsoft or Cisco certifications
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work, and play hard
- Strong ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Willingness to continuously learn
