Learning Support Assistant - Immediate Start

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Help students access learning and stay engaged in lessons

Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and differentiated instruction

Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress and well-being

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (essential)

Experience supporting students with SEND (preferred)

A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

A proactive, dependable, and empathetic approach
