Remuneration: £45,000 - £60,000 + bonus tbc Benefits: Pool car, NEST pension, 25 days annual leave, mobile phone The role of the Estimator - Industrial & Commercial Roofing will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with various industrial and commercial roofing projects including both pitched and flat
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Attend sites to undertake surveys
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Working on projects ranging in value from £1k up to £2m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Industrial & Commercial Roofing with:

• Must have experience as an Estimator in the industrial or commercial roofing market sector
• Proven track record in conducting surveys and estimates
• Must be able to demonstrate sound roofing knowledge, ideally both flat and pitched roofing
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and drive
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work autonomously
